The Consortium of Ethiopian Public Universities (CEPU), is headquartered in Addis Ababa , Ethiopia, and is an apex organization representing all the Ethiopian Public Universities. The Consortium provides a platform for research, reflection, consultation, debates, co-operation and collaboration on issues pertaining to higher education and issues of national importance in Ethiopia, and derives its mandate from the Ethiopian Higher Education Proclamation 1152/ 2019 Article 37: 1-10.
